DEVELOPMENT OF PLACE FRANKLIN – TALENCE

The project involves the landscaping and functional redevelopment of the Place Franklin in Talence.

The objectives of the redevelopment include :

• Safety for pedestrians and cyclists: Questioning speed and lane status
• Making bus stops safe and accessible, with a focus on user-friendliness
• Landscape coherence and path continuity
• The creation of a landscaped cool island in the neighborhood, providing comfort and conviviality.

These objectives are in line with the need to reduce motorized traffic (creation of a 30 km/h zone with raised platforms, identification of paths, visual permeability, etc.).
