C.I.T.I.S / HEROUVILLE ST CLAIR
The ZAC CITIS is a 30-hectare Technopole located at the entrance to the town of Hérouville Saint Clair, whose design is rooted in a deliberate landscape plan based on the site’s natural geography.
This landscape plan is based on a water management system whose features are staged and serve as the basis for the overall composition. The result is a two-part urban development structure: a sector whose geometric road layout is organized around the water, creating a true “urban” technopole, and a sector whose more sinuous road layout follows the river, serving a new residential area open onto the golf course.
