Development of a university sports ground, associated public spaces and refurbishment of existing buildings.

The project includes:

Development of 4 approved soccer pitches.

Creation of a permeable parking lot, 2 forecourts and public walkways (including comfort and signage).

Installation of street fitness equipment.

Refurbishment of existing changing rooms.
