ZAE GALAXIE IV – SAINT-MÉDARD-EN-JALLES

Identified as a project area for the development of land and real estate for companies, particularly those in the aeronautics-space-defense (ASD) sector, the “Galaxie IV” project site involves the servicing of 400 ha of land, the development of public spaces and the improvement of public transport links.

At the interface between natural environments, residential areas and business parks, the future “Galaxie IV” business park (ZAE), while following on from the Galaxie I, II and III ZAs built in the 2000s and now home to some 30 companies, reconciles environmental issues (wetlands) with issues of attractiveness and accessibility for companies and users.
