ECOQUARTIER DE MONTIVILLIERS

The Municipality of Montivilliers has decided to build a 1,000-home eco-district on a 58-hectare site between the Quartier de la Belle Etoile and the Hameaux de Réauté and Fréville, which it will manage itself.

The eco-district will be built on farmland, sloping gently to the south, between existing urban developments.

The project is a pretext for inventing a new form of living, at the heart of a natural and agricultural system: a ploughed nature.

The eco-district will be held together by natural and agricultural spaces that will be used as gardens by residents but managed as farmland.
