The project is part of the ZAC des Louvresses business park bordering the A86 freeway, designed as a 30-hectare landscaped campus.

The layout is based on the management of rainwater, which contributes to creating an aquatic and planted setting for the building.

The patios create a breathing space occupying the full height of the building.
