REDEVELOPMENT OF ESPLANADE SAINT-LOUIS – BORDEAUX

Redevelopment of the Saint-Louis esplanade, in the Chartrons district of Bordeaux.

The project perimeter includes esplanade Saint-Louis and a section of Cours Saint-Louis, between Allée Haussmann and Cours du Médoc.

The main challenges of the project are: to green the space | to reuse existing facilities as much as possible, in particular the sewage works | to encourage and secure the circulation of soft modes of transport, while separating traffic flows | to manage and reorganize car parking | to enhance the quality of the public space | to maintain access for emergency services, to ensure continuity of circulation for the SDIS and collection services.
