DEVELOPMENT OF PLACE MONDÉSIR – MÉRIGNAC

Redevelopment of Place Mondésir, with programmatic targets to reveal a space that creates social links and is connected to the surrounding areas, to mark a lively square with a wealth of public spaces, to create a landscaped and environmental amenity for the neighborhood, to ensure the cohabitation of different uses, to protect the adjoining residential neighborhoods from through traffic, and to enable the installation of a Sunday market (60 stalls).

Our proposal included a strong greening of the area, the full preservation of an existing wooded area (reinforced in its uses by the creation of an inclusive multi-age playground), and a complete cycling network.
