DEVELOPMENT OF THE ST SEVER ARCHI TOURIST SITE
The development of a tourist site in the Saint Sever state-owned forest will revitalize the existing communal campsite and harmonize the various leisure activities within the St Sever Calvados state-owned forest, by proposing a project that is ecologically viable over time.

The site is located at the entrance to a state-owned forest, with a majority of beech trees on a 4% to 10% slope. It is home to an atypical accommodation center (tree houses, chalets, trailers, charcoal-burning huts).
This atypical accommodation project is complemented by relaxation and leisure facilities:
- a high acrobatic course
- a high-level educational trail
- a conference room (114m²) and restaurant (238m²) and various tree houses (700m²)
