DIAMOND ISLAND DEVELOPMENT

Following redevelopment projects in Phnom Phen, notably on the banks of the Mekong, SIGNES was approached by a group of investors to propose an urban project on the island of “KohPich”, linked to the city’s historic center. – Watch the film –

The project involves developing a mixed-use district with a wide range of programs: residential, commercial, hotels, public and community facilities, redevelopment of the riverbanks and large areas of open space forming a park.

One of the challenges of the project was to reuse 311,000 square feet of the existing historic building on the island while integrating the new constructions.
