ECOQUARTIER DE MONTIVILLIERS

The Municipality of Montivilliers has decided to build a 1,000-home eco-neighborhood on a 58-hectare site between the Quartier de la Belle Etoile and the Hameaux de Réauté and Fréville.

The eco-neighborhood will be built on farmland, sloping gently to the south, between existing urban developments.

The project is a pretext for inventing a new way of living, at the heart of a natural and agricultural system: tilled nature.

The eco-neighborhood will be held together by natural and agricultural spaces used as gardens by residents, but managed as farmland.
