ENHANCING THE CANAL DU MIDI AT THE RENNEVILLE REST AREA

The project consists of enhancing the Canal du Midi at the Renneville A61 rest area, notably by creating a PMR link between the rest area and the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating reception facilities and formalizing a strong visual link with the canal.

The mission includes: diagnosis of the existing situation; visual diagnosis of the tree heritage; definition of the enhancement actions to be carried out; design of the Canal du Midi enhancement facilities (accessibility, public mediation, planting, graphic structures to highlight the canal…); assistance with the graphic design and composition of the iconography of the mediation supports; follow-up of the realization until delivery of the facilities.
