Construction of a university hospital complex, known as the “Île de Nantes” project

SIGNES was responsible for the complete design of the hospital’s public circulation, recreation, outdoor recreation and promenade areas.

The program consisted in creating a series of gardens to ensure porosity and rainwater absorption. The landscaped areas themselves ensure porosity between the future CHU and the surrounding neighborhoods and public spaces, as follows: Pockets Parks | La Place Hospitalière | La Grande Allée Jardin au Sud | Les Traversées vers la Loire
