LONGCHI VALLEY

What Chinese and French cultures have in common is that they both place the human body at the heart of the notion of landscape. While the two cultures have produced landscapes and gardens that differ in composition and structure, the relationships they have established with lived space and the body share many similarities. The anthropological character of landscape perception is apparent in both cultures.
The Longchi Valley will not be developed as a separate territory, but as part of Dujiangyan’s tourism redevelopment on Qingcheng Mountain and its national forest park, home to the Panda.
