MOSELLE BAY

As a continuation of the projects already undertaken by the city of Nouméa, the redevelopment of the Petite Rade waterfront is at the heart of the development of Nouméa Grand Centre. Today, the aim is to take advantage of the transformation undertaken by Nouméa Grand Centre to create a unifying space between the city’s various entities, and to restore this major area to its former role as an attractive promenade.

The project developed by Signes aims to reorient the town towards the sea, integrating the present and the future in a vast landscaped continuity, whose equipment, residential and public space projects will imprint new urban densities and revitalize the town center. Public spaces will be upgraded with a new garden and plantings forming a dense green grid, offering residents a new urban comfort that favors soft mobility, thanks in particular to the installation of a TCSP.
