NOGENT BRIDGE AT CHAMPIGNY-SUR-MARNE
The Nogent bridge project is primarily designed to solve a traffic problem. This simplification involves building a new interchange in the Champigny-sur-Marne commune, between the Nogent bridge and the A4 freeway, in the direction of the provinces.
The project, which has a major impact on road infrastructure, abandons the existing access ramps, which have become obsolete. On these cleared rights-of-way, a new park is created between the Marne and the A4 freeway. This widens the riverbank promenade, providing a view of the port of Nogent on the opposite bank.
