NORTHEAST SECTOR OF CLICHY LA GARENNE

The town of Clichy la Garenne has commissioned SEMERCLI to carry out a study of a changing sector in the northeast of the town.

Bordered by Levallois to the south-west and Saint-Ouen to the north-east, Clichy is a town of transition within the Hauts de Seine in social, urban and other terms.A former industrial site, the north-east sector is emblematic of the changes taking place in this part of the region. Bordered by the Docks de Saint-Ouen, it encompasses all the major development issues facing Clichy:

• A neighborhood taming the river
• A neighborhood with an industrial heritage
