NOUMEA NORTH ENTRANCE

The issue of new urban planning for the entrance to Nouméa is the requalification of the northern entrance to Nouméa in terms of both urban planning and public spaces.

The aim is to reconcile the north of the city with its center, while facilitating new pedestrian, commercial and cultural activities. It is also about preparing for future changes in Nouméa.
