OPERATION PORTES DU GOLF 3 IN SAINT-PAUL

The Portes du Golf n°3 project is located in the Eperon district of Saint-Paul, on the island of La Réunion.

The project calls for the development of 9 detached lots in the form of high-end villas, on plot CT 1535, with a surface area of approximately 14650 m². Its perimeter is bordered to the north by rue Fond Generese and tranche2, and to the south by ravine Saint-Gilles.

PROGRAM
The project comprises the construction of 9 detached lots in the form of upscale villas, accessed via a one-way street that joins Rue Fond Generese.
Plot sizes range from 900 to 1,000 m². Only one dwelling is planned per plot, with a floor area of around 250 to 300 m².
