PUBLIC SPACES FOR THE PENTE Z’ANANAS PROJECT – SAINT-DENIS DE LA RÉUNION

The Pente Z’Ananas project, located in the Sainte-Clotilde district, in the eastern part of the commune of Saint-Denis de la Réunion, involves the development of public spaces at the heart of a future residential fabric of around 150 housing units, including 115 multi-family units, on a plot of land owned by SIDR and covering an area of around 5ha. It is part of an overall project for the redevelopment of public spaces and the construction of over 400 housing units and facilities, which includes plots further to the west and covers a total area of some twenty hectares.

SIGNES PAYSAGES was responsible for drawing up the Architectural, Environmental and Landscape Specifications (Cahier des Prescriptions Architecturales, Environnementales et Paysagères – CPAEP), for the overall design of the public spaces, and for assisting the project owner in coordinating the public consultation process.
