RENAULT TECHNOCENTRE LANDSCAPED PARK – SAINT-QUENTIN-EN-YVELINES
Built in the heart of western Paris, the Renault site covers more than 80 hectares. Dedicated to the company’s Research and Development department, the buildings are integrated into a landscaped park that responds to very strong environmental motivations.
Signes was able to create this landscaped ensemble by staging the management of water collected on the site. The natural regeneration and purification of water – thanks to the garden elements (ponds, waterfalls, gutters, aquatic plant beds) and its circuit through the site – have become the structuring elements of the master plan and the affirmation of a true park. Like a common thread, water now accompanies employees and visitors along a river to the new plant’s restaurants, social facilities and conference rooms.
