SEINE NORD EUROPE CANAL LANDSCAPE ATLAS

Preparation of a landscape atlas prior to construction, from Compiègne to the confluence with the Sensée canal at Aubencheul-au-Bac.

The program:

Establish a typology of the landscapes crossed by the future structure, in terms of their physical, natural and historical characteristics.
Summarize the natural habitats.
Draw up an inventory of the structures that will disappear, along with their impact on the environment (ecological continuity, natural environments, etc.).
Gather and collate press reports on the debates and exchanges surrounding the project (government, local players and residents).
