ZAC de VAL POMPADOUR

Adjacent to the Pompadour crossroads and marked by the presence of major urban elements such as the TGV high-speed train line, a large residential area and a wastewater treatment plant, the ZAC Val Pompadour stretched across a no-man’s-land awaiting development.

Signes proposed linking and revealing the master plan with an “urban forest” that characterizes the public space and serves as a backdrop for the building lots, for which we drew up architectural, landscape and environmental specifications.

This business park, integrating public facilities, tertiary activities and housing, is located in the prefecture of Val de Marne (94), at the gateway to Paris.
