Adjacent to the Pompadour crossroads and marked by the presence of major urban elements such as a TGV high-speed train line, a large residential area and a wastewater treatment plant, the Val Pompadour ZAC today stretches over a no-man’s-land awaiting its future.

Signes proposed to link and reveal the master plan with a forest that will characterize the public space and serve as a backdrop for the future lots, for which we drew up architectural and landscaping specifications.
