ZAC DU VALLON DES GARETTES
The main objective of the development of this ZAC will be its high environmental quality: rainwater management by means of valleys, increased use of renewable energies, generous and dominant landscaped areas with simple and economical management, integration of the new development into its environment, in particular into the existing natural framework that will make up the future ZAC.
It includes several major challenges:
- Enhancing the appeal of the town center
- Creating new urban links between existing and future urban development
- Integration of existing public facilities
- Confirmation of mixed housing as the driving force behind the urban dynamic (650 homes).
- Development of an environmental approach
