PARC DU BEL AIR – FERRIÈRES-EN-BRIE
The treatment of the Bel Air site not only meets the objectives of integrating the future business park, but also enhances the value of the nearby heritage: the Château and Ferrières park, the forests and woodlands, and the Genitoy alley.
The Bel Air ZAC aims to be a pioneer in the environmental management of its public spaces, particularly in terms of rainwater treatment.
Two planted basins, each 400 m long and accessible to the public, collect runoff water from the entire development.
Filtered by purifying aquatic plants, this water is then discharged into a natural watercourse, the Rivière de la Tafarette, which winds its way through the Ferrières forest.
