The project site, located to the southwest of Futuroscope, covers an area of around 3 ha, on the park’s forecourt and part of the parking area.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Since 1984, when the park’s foundation stone was laid, Futuroscope has continued to evolve, expanding its range of attractions. The project proposes to reorganize the pedestrian access areas in a sustainable way in order to refocus the park within a legible network of soft pathways.

This modernization involves :

– In-depth restructuring of the site, with the introduction of new high-quality facilities, services and events, to make access to the site and its entrance more attractive and easier to understand:

• ARENA
• ZERO GRAVITY
• HOTEL COSMOS
• AQUASCOPE
• ECOLODGE

– The redevelopment of the Futuroscope Park entrance and its adaptation to a broader function, bringing together the park’s reception area and the facilities described above.

– The creation of a landscaped transition through an esplanade, forming a park linking the parking lots to the various facilities and hotels.

– Highlighting a dense network of vegetation, both by redesigning the existing landscape and by introducing new landscaping to give the new entrance a garden-like feel.
